Project Control / Scheduler

Schedule Development & Management:

• Create detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools, incorporating scope, resources, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate schedules, progress tracking, and reporting, ensuring no critical information is overlooked.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze delays, assess impacts, and develop recovery strategies effectively.

Progress Monitoring:

• Track actual progress versus planned, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Anticipates potential risks and takes initiative to address scheduling issues before they escalate.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, adjusting schedules and priorities as project conditions change.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare regular schedule reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Works well with multidisciplinary teams (Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors) and communicates clearly and professionally.
• Maintains transparency in reporting and takes ownership of responsibilities to support project success.
