The Service Engineering group supports supervisors engaged in Billable Repair Operations, as well as indirect support of the 2,400 NAA Service Technicians, with the objective of continually improving quality, efficiency, and productivity while ensuring world-class safety. Otis is seeking a Service Quality Engineer to support our Billable Repair business.
