This role will shape the inspection readiness program, lead audits, and elevate the compliance culture across Kyverna’s development and manufacturing platforms. You’ll be a hands-on leader who can manage high-impact initiatives, guide cross-functional partners, and build scalable quality systems in support of our growing pipeline.

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Quality to oversee quality assurance activities related to the development, manufacture, testing, and release of veterinary drug products produced at external CDMO sites. This role will ensure the integrity, safety, and quality of Loyal drug products through management of QA programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives in a virtual environment.

Provide strategic guidance, oversight and support for the quality activities within the Quality Management System (QMS), including regulatory health inspections and the overall R&D audit management. Partners with other quality and compliance groups across R&D and PO&T functions to enable transparency, escalation and risk minimization of quality and compliance issues. Provides oversight and trending of relevant quality metrics.
