The Global EHS Engineer is responsible for providing Environmental, Health and Safety support at a Global level for all Beckman Coulter Life Sciences associates to ensure the facilities and risk management meets the safety requirements. In this role, you will execute compliance requirements, conduct EH&S audits, and partner with site EHS Managers.

The Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Associate reviews and verifies safety and health programs and training for Avetta clients. This role conducts manual audits, assists suppliers with addressing deficiencies, and responds to inquiries, ensuring compliance with WHS standards and legislation in the APAC region.

Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and activities in the execution of Quality Assurance Deliverables. Responsible for supporting the business in Quality Assurance, through audit activities in support of ongoing quality improvement. Acts as a liaison with other business units and partners.

This role is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously evaluating policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the organization delivers compliant client services in alignment with ISO 9001 and any specific business unit standards. The Quality Engineer will lead, coach, and teach RQM+ employees, promoting an understanding of quality system philosophies, methodologies, and expectations.

This person will be responsible for providing consultations to specialty construction and infrastructure clients mainly in the Southeast and Midwest United States (U.S.). This role provides clients with strategic safety leadership and assists with implementing and carrying out best practices for clients to meet or exceed industry safety standards.
