• Lead and manage EH&S projects involving industrial hygiene assessments and remediation.
• Oversee field investigations, sampling, and data analysis related to asbestos, lead, mold, and chemical exposures.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and client deliverables.

The Manager, Quality Assurance & Regulatory will support global quality systems, product integrity, and regulatory compliance. Heavily focused on quality assurance, including product testing, technical packaging, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner closely with Product Development, Operations, Packaging, Creative, and Customer Experience to ensure products meet Starface’s high standards.

• Lead national account programs in the commercial sign and branding industry.
• Manage complex projects from initiation to deployment.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets.

• Provide leadership and direction to assure management staff and employee populations are knowledgeable and compliant in Environmental Health & Safety.
• Champion projects and activities to achieve location priorities and company values.
• Develop and implement policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable local, region and federal EHS regulations.

Serve as the strategic and technical leader for product quality across cutting-edge cell therapy programs. Oversee quality strategy and implementation across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with business objectives. Provide technical oversight for CMOs, lead risk management initiatives, and drive operational excellence.

• Examine energy use, efficiency, and GHG emission reports for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Translate business needs into technical documentation for standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical expertise in audit investigations and inspections of energy efficiency reports.
