Lead the Americas FAE team, providing technical support to customers adopting the Metis AI platform. Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex customer issues, collaborating with R&D and Product teams. Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and customer onboarding.
Play a critical role in the electronic design and development of advanced AI accelerators products, such as cards and board computer, with a focus on ARM and x86-based architectures. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise to drive innovation, provide strategic technical leadership, and mentor team members while executing hands-on design responsibilities.
As a Field Application Engineer, you'll be the technical point of contact for customers in Southern Europe, helping them evaluate, adopt, and deploy our Metis AI Platform across a range of applications. Working closely with our R&D teams, you’ll guide customers through hands-on integration using our Voyager SDK, supporting the deployment of AI models and pipelines on Axelera AI hardware.
