Partner closely with Science and Engineering teams to define and deliver next-generation heart health sensing and signal analysis capabilities
Translate scientific findings and physiological concepts into intuitive, meaningful product experiences that empower members to better understand their heart health
Support discovery and development of new features spanning both wellness and regulated use cases
Contribute to the research, prototyping, and development of movement and activity algorithms.
Design, build, and deploy production-grade models and analytical pipelines that translate raw sensor data into accurate and actionable movement metrics and personalized insights.
Collaborate with Hardware, Firmware, and Engineering teams to evaluate new sensing modalities, understand sensor limitations and tradeoffs, and influence how hardware capabilities translate into reliable movement algorithms.
Contribute to the development and deployment of advanced machine learning pipelines and models for innovative Women's Health features, focusing on time-series analysis and robust validation.
Drive the commercialization of machine learning models and algorithms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including scientists, product managers, software developers, product designers and test engineers.
Design and execute rigorous statistical analyses for model performance evaluation, monitoring, and generating actionable insights to inform strategic product decisions.
Build predictive models to understand drivers of member retention, churn, reactivation, and LTV.
Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to visualize membership funnel KPIs, cohort performance, and the impact of product/business changes on member outcomes.
Develop a personal and proactive health companion that understands each member’s baseline, history, and health-both in the moment and over time.
Drive the roadmap and architecture for key building blocks that enable a proactive health companion that is context-aware, deeply personal, and reliably accurate.
Take end-to-end ownership of a complex product portfolio from concept to launch-ensuring alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
Own day-to-day recruiting systems operations, owning scheduling with GoodTime, ensuring everything runs smoothly for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Act as a first line of support for troubleshooting issues in GoodTime, Greenhouse, and integrations — digging into bugs, triaging problems, and partnering with vendors or IT when needed.
Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager and broader People team to evaluate, roll out, and document new tools, features, and process changes.
