Collaborate with L&D Program Managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning objectives, analyze target audiences, and define content requirements for various training initiatives
Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to create engaging and effective learning solutions, primarily for asynchronous and instructor led delivery
Design and develop a variety of asynchronous learning materials, including but not limited to: Interactive eLearning modules (SCORM/xAPI compliant) Video scripts and storyboards
Drive the design, development, and implementation of integration and automation solutions using Workato, connecting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based systems.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions, and turn concepts into reliable production-ready integrations.
Maintain and enhance existing integration workflows to ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and performance.
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Oura’s visual merchandising strategy across all retail partners in the Americas.
Collaborate with internal design team and external partners from concept through installation, ensuring designs meet cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
Own and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to visual merchandising and fixture programs.
Own the full P&L for Amazon, including sell-in and sell-through, profitability, demand planning, and retail operational metrics.
Develop and execute Amazon-specific long-range strategies to drive sustainable growth, market share expansion, and brand awareness.
Build and deepen relationships with Amazon Retail leadership, including category managers, vendor managers, retail marketing partners, Amazon Ads team and operational teams.
