Partner with stakeholders to find hard-to-find candidates for corporate and strategic positions across all SGS’s business lines and support functions. Develop and manage end-to-end talent acquisition projects to find the best talents on the market, working with the Talent Acquisition team at global and regional level. Build networks and communities with a variety of multi-sourcing channels including social media.
Act as a fractional Recruiting Partner across clients, building, refining, and executing talent acquisition processes. Drive meaningful, strategic hiring initiatives while staying hands-on with sourcing and screening. Offer a care-centric approach to the application and candidate journey.
