The Sr Talent Partner develops and leads the specialized recruiting strategy to support operations and corporate business functions. This role will partner with business leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent leadership to understand the talent needs of the organization and work collaboratively to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
You will manage and advise on the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate with leaders, develop a strong business acumen, lead and program manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring, lead initiatives to promote internal talent mobility, proactively source candidates, partner with Talent Brand to promote HealthEquity as an employer of choice, and leverage data to develop effective recruitment strategies.
