In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring for our Korea-based and remote roles, partnering closely with hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and more. You’ll identify, attract, and secure top-tier, mission-aligned talent who will help us build the future of financial access across Southeast Asia and beyond.
Own full-cycle hiring across diverse functions, with a strong focus on tech, product, and high-growth teams. Act as a talent quality gatekeeper - screening CVs, portfolios, and assessing signals beyond the resume to identify top potential. Proactively source exceptional candidates via platforms, communities, networks, and creative strategies. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, define role requirements, and co-design effective hiring processes. Conduct meaningful interviews, deliver structured feedback, ensure an excellent candidate experience, manage the hiring funnel, and keep a pulse on talent trends in Korea to bring insights to shape hiring strategies.
