  • Track, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and release impact analysis, supporting manual testing when automation coverage is insufficient.

Technical Lead

  • Lead delivery of engineering initiatives supporting BJAK’s UK market expansion, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable system designs.
  • Design backend systems and platform capabilities for new insurance products and workflows, and extend core services for multi-region operations.
  • Ensure platform readiness for compliance, data handling, and operational requirements in a new market while improving system stability through monitoring and incident response.
