Work with product, data, and engineering teams to define ML goals and technical strategies. Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power personalization, automation, and insight generation.
Build and ship production-grade machine learning models for high-impact use cases. Contribute to model architecture, data pipeline design, and deployment strategies. Collaborate across engineering, data, and product teams to drive AI initiatives. Support the full ML lifecycle from data preprocessing and model training to monitoring in production. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and hiring the people who will shape the future of financial access across Southeast Asia. Youβll work directly with our leadership team to define and execute recruitment strategies for high-impact roles. Youβll build and lead a world-class talent function that delivers excellence at every stage of the hiring journey.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for key technical roles, proactively source top candidates through China-relevant platforms, and conduct structured phone screens. Partner closely with hiring managers to shape effective interview plans and drive accountability, while monitoring key hiring metrics. Ensure clear communication and deliver a human-first candidate experience, staying informed on market benchmarks and representing BJAK professionally in the Chinese market.
