In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end hiring for our China-based and remote roles, partnering closely with hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and more. You’ll identify, attract, and secure top-tier, mission-aligned talent who will help us build the future of financial access across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Develop high-quality backend systems using NodeJS and frontend applications using ReactJS / NextJS, adhering to best coding practices. Ensure production stability and promptly resolve critical issues to minimize operational impact. Analyze existing code and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization. Support cross-functional teams by addressing change requests efficiently. Mentor and guide junior developers and review peer pull requests.

Work with product managers and stakeholders to define AI and machine learning objectives, requirements, and timelines. Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and applications to solve complex business challenges. Oversee the full AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Source aggressively using LinkedIn, direct headhunting, referrals, social platforms, and beyond. Partner with hiring managers globally to define requirements and deliver ready-to-interview shortlists fast. Ensure no delays or drop-offs in candidate or manager progression. Mentor junior recruiters, raising standards of execution and output.

Responsible for end-to-end product design, from wireframes to polished UI, working closely with product managers and engineers to craft solutions. You will be designing key user flows across high-impact products, used by millions, and will shape the future of financial tools that are simpler, faster, and fairer.

Explore Artificial Intelligence based in Indonesia and join a fully remote creative team. Work closely with a Malaysia-based creative and marketing team to bring brand stories to life through visually captivating videos and graphics. Push the boundaries of what AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and others can do. Experiment with AI, craft visuals, and blend original design ideas with AI-generated motion and storytelling.
