Strengthen, scale, and energize our global hacker community as the Senior Community Manager for Growth & Retention at HackerOne. You will execute towards the defined Community strategy and manage oversight of programs that help hackers learn, connect, and thrive, expanding ambassador impact, elevating community experiences, and deepening long-term engagement. Collaborate closely with Community, Delivery, and Marketing teams to shape how we empower researchers worldwide. This role blends strategy, operations, and authentic relationship-building to ensure the HackerOne community continues to grow, innovate, and lead the industry.

Oversee and manage end-to-end creative production workflows across campaigns, and creative productions, such as digital assets and brand activations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with exceptional quality. Lead cross-functional campaign management, working with internal teams to define deliverables, timelines, dependencies and build marketing briefs and reporting systems. Build, own, and maintain detailed work-back schedules.

As Sport Marketing Manager at Bosch eBike Systems you will work in close collaboration with the Headquarter in Germany. You will be in a team of two persons responsible for marketing in Italy.
