As a member of the Compute team, you'll tackle challenging infrastructure and software engineering problems, impacting millions of users worldwide by improving the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Reddit’s Compute Platform. You will also automate critical aspects of the development process, share on-call responsibilities and collaborate with a team of software engineers.

As a Senior Data Scientist on the team, you will play a significant role in driving the success of key product areas at Reddit. You will contribute to defining product strategy through measurement and metrics design, experimentation and causal analyses, and supporting product decisions via deep data analyses and research. You will be an industry technical leader with strong business acumen and excellent cross-functional stakeholders management skills.
