As a Staff Product Designer for the Onboarding quad, you’ll own the end-to-end experience for bringing customers live on Boulevard: from early discovery and data mapping to fully self-service flows. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Migration Specialists to turn a complex, multi-step process into an intuitive, delightful experience—laying the foundation for onboarding automation.

The Automation group at Vanta manages how customers discover and connect to other platforms through integrations, use that data to power product experiences and tests, drive customers toward compliance-related security outcomes, and ultimately generate evidence for audit. As a Product Designer in the Automation group, you will help support our customers in testing their data as well as enabling them to continuously monitor their compliance program. This is a new and emerging team within our company, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the direction of our MSP program.

Work with the Fulfillment team to create a world-class buyer experience, which is highly collaborative and values UX input. Balance business requirements with user needs when designing flows, creating experiences that meet company goals while remaining intuitive for users. Communicate design thinking and ideas through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
