The Director of Security will help Docker enable the growth of Docker’s products with a Security first mindset. The Security team enables the secure design and engineering of Docker’s products and secures Docker’s systems and tools with the goal of exceeding security standards, compliance, and audit requirements. This is a cross-functional role that spans security engineering, corporate security and security operations.

This position will support Docker’s rapid growth, and will be working cross-functionally with HR, FP&A, and Benefits, to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions and posting of payroll expense and liabilities into Netsuite for General Ledger reporting. Assist in the evolution of Docker’s Payroll operations into the future as you will be an integral contributor to the design and upkeep of our policies and processes in the improvement and maintenance of our payroll management platform.

The Infrastructure Engineering team writes software and operates the cloud‑native platform that powers Docker products. You will build and run internal platform services (provisioning APIs, cost‑optimisation tools, observability pipelines) on AWS. You will also evolve multi‑tenant Kubernetes environment and networking layer to deliver secure, reliable, and cost‑effective compute at global scale.
