• Lead large cross-company programs that require coordination across multiple engineering organizations.

• Lead the Enterprise Platform team and drive technical excellence of governance systems.
• Design, build, and launch enterprise governance capabilities like access control and policy management.
• Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to enable Docker's enterprise growth.

• Define the technical architecture for Docker's unified enterprise governance platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of major platform components.
• Mentor engineers across the organization, helping them grow their technical skills and judgment.

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Docker Desktop’s platform and enterprise functionality.

• Develop, deploy, and monitor microservices and serverless components in AWS.
• Build and improve automation tooling including GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Grafana dashboards.
• Design and enforce security and compliance policies across delivery pipelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain core lifecycle components of Docker Desktop.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure seamless integration with shared platform components.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical discussions.

• Build AI agents and tools that transform how developers write code and debug issues.
• Architect and implement AI-powered tools such as code review assistants and automated test generators.
• Collaborate with the Principal Engineer and product/design teams in a remote-first environment.

• Build AI Developer Tool Features: Implement features for AI-powered developer tools such as code review assistants, test generators, deployment diagnostics, and on-call assistance tools.
• Implement LLM Integrations: Build integrations with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) such as prompt engineering, response handling, error management, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to Platform Infrastructure: Help build self-service platform capabilities such as deployment pipelines, observability integration, security controls, and operational tooling that enable teams to rapidly deploy AI developer tools.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of highly scalable data infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain end-to-end data pipelines supporting batch & realtime analytics.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand data requirements.

Applies statistical rigor and advanced analytical techniques to extract value from our product and business data. Requires a strong understanding of product usage to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy and feature development. Translates complex data into clear business recommendations and works closely with Product Managers, Executive Leaders, and Engineering teams.
