UX Researcher

As a member of the UX Research team at Docker, you will partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and our community to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for us to explore. Responsibilities include planning and conducting exploratory, generative, and evaluative user research, determining appropriate research methods, and communicating insights and recommendations in a consumable, engaging way. You will manage multiple projects, advocate for user needs, educate the team on research best practices, and contribute to building best practices and documentation. The role requires previous exposure to behavioral research methods and the ability to translate data into compelling stories. Experience with mixed-method research and excellent communication skills are essential. You will develop a deep understanding of Docker customers, deliver insights that drive customer value, and contribute to product roadmap development.
