  • Own the integrity of financial reporting across the Xapo group, from consolidated IFRS statements to regulatory returns.
  • Lead the Financial Controlling and Regulatory Reporting teams and manage the external audit process end-to-end.
  • Apply IFRS to crypto assets and partner with finance transformation to embed AI and automation into the close and reporting process.
