Job Description

The Account Manager LATAM role is an integral part of the Customer Success Team and will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of high net worth customer accounts at Xapo Bank. Account Managers are responsible for identifying leads, building relationships with their customers and assisting them when the need arises on all Xapo Banks products. In collaboration with the regional Customer Success Advisors, Account Managers ensure that our customers enjoy consistent support during the onboarding process and throughout their journey with Xapo, creating a โ€œcustomer for lifeโ€ experience. This role requires someone who is open and available to travel, whether itโ€™s attending regional events to represent Xapo or meeting clients in person to strengthen relationships. Your goal will be to retain and grow our client base, while always putting the customer first. Account Managers are tasked with achieving a defined revenue target through retention of existing business and acquisition of new business, in order to maximise the bankโ€™s profitability.
