As an Investor Relations Associate, you will bridge Mahway and investors across Latin America, especially in São Paulo. You will identify the right people to meet, nurture relationships with investors, and open doors in the region. You will build and maintain strong relationships with Brazilian investors and help design personalized investor engagement strategies.

Work with global-scale brands and app owners to maximize the value of Storyly features by creating content strategies, analyzing performance, and generating insights. Target churn zero and maximum customer satisfaction by onboarding and supporting customers with integrations, optimizing performance with interaction reports, and building long-term relationships.

Work alongside our Sales, Onboarding, Operations and Brand Success teams to ensure successful adoption of Passport and expansion within 3PL. You'll map out the inner-workings of each of our 3PL partners, become an expert on the Passport product, and develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and drive referrals.
