The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships within a medical stop-loss captive program, collaborating with employers, brokers, TPAs, and captive members to ensure the effective administration of self-funded health plans protected by stop-loss insurance with client service, analytical skills, and insurance expertise to support cost containment, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Maintains and enhances the firm's relationships with existing clients by executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives. Responsible for the overall management, continued assistance with and retention of an assigned book of business. Market renewal business as needed to provide the client with the most comprehensive coverage and competitive pricing.
