Lead the local relationship of a key regional account based in Argentina within our mass insurance distribution channel. As Prudential does not have a direct operation in the country, you’ll play a mission-critical role — acting as our eyes, ears, and voice on the ground. Pioneer business development efforts and deepen partnerships with local players, helping Prudential expand its footprint and purpose in the region.

Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions. Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals. Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.

Position supports specified accounts and may provide relevant insurance advice to new and existing clients. Account Manager must maintain a positive, professional image as well as exemplify the department’s standards for client service. The position is responsible for interacting with prospective clients as well as providing ongoing support and service to existing clients.

Max Insurance is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Broker Support Specialist to actively manage and grow relationships within the existing broker network. The role involves engaging with brokers to encourage them to endorse Max Insurance, presenting key value propositions, facilitating broker trainings, and maintaining relationships through regular communication and effective management of escalations.
