Job Description

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Provide training, guidance, and support to facilitate the growth of a team of insurance professionals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on insurance matters.

Attend client meetings, as needed, both in-person and virtually.

Oversee the delivery of high-quality consulting services to Executive Accounts, ensuring their risk management needs are met.

Strategic Development:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand Client Services delivery.

Collaborate with other senior leaders to align divisional goals with overall company objectives.

Drive account rounding opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
