Reporting to the team manager, you will manage the day to day operations of a team of credit hire and bodily injury adjusters, managing a mix of commercial motor accounts. Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling, including claim intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery. Monitor and analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.

As a Cargo Claims Adjuster, you will speak to customers, educate them, and help them navigate their claim to the best possible outcome. Your role involves handling a claims inventory, triaging critical claims, and delivering service to all claim constituents. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, growth-oriented, and eager to contribute to a tech-driven claims organization, ensuring optimal claim results through effective communication and problem-solving.

Lead a high-performing engineering team, driving the delivery of innovative, scalable, and reliable technology solutions aligned with our business goals. Work closely with the Director of Engineering and other senior leaders to shape our technical strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our engineering culture supports both growth and innovation.
