New Express Claims Adjuster, UK Remote

This role requires the ability to handle high frequency, low value and low severity claims across a variety of lines, particularly property and liability from ‘cradle to grave’. Attention to detail and the ability to provide quality interactions with stakeholders, clients and customers to the high standards required by our business is needed. Excellent customer service skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload is a must. Ability to work to system driven SLAs and workflows. Strong communication skills - both written and oral are necessary. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fluid role in a fast paced environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience in UK claims in all or any of the following: Commercial Property, Personal Property, Low Value Public or Products Liability; Personal accident claims would be advantageous. Claims authority of £5000 or more in current role and awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts. You should be curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo and desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development.
