Sojern is looking for a Client Success Associate to cultivate and maintain relationships with hotel partners and hotel management companies. This role involves direct interaction with decision-makers to expand business in the U.S. and Latin America. This position manages all aspects of the client journey post-purchase, focusing on product education, campaign setup, campaign analysis, creative consultation, and billing activities, with the goals of client retention and growth by identifying opportunities to expand their partnership with Sojern.
The associate will serve a portfolio of clients in a team-based format, requiring a strong focus on delivering excellent service and proactively finding ways to add value through products, support, and engagement activities. The ideal candidate must work well with others, be comfortable making data-driven decisions, and have a passion for learning. The role also involves maintaining engagement levels, demonstrating client communication skills, and coordinating with internal partners to develop user-focused training and onboarding, analyzing performance data, and providing high-quality service to drive positive NPS and CSAT scores, as well as pursuing new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
