Drive revenue growth with our new customers, through product and industry expertise. Manage negotiations and contractual agreements with our executive and legal team and grow your pipeline by working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Development. Prepare, present and close new business through a detailed reach-out plan, various touch points, product demonstrations, virtual and in-person events and meetings.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our pharmacy network, emphasizing proactive account management, supply chain optimization, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You will collaborate closely with suppliers, serve as a point of contact, ensure adherence to SLAs, manage contract administration, and proactively address any challenges faced by clients.

We are seeking a Partner Success Manager to join a supportive, high-performing team. As a key player within our partnerships department, this person will manage client needs while also owning the analyses that drive insight, transparency, and informed decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally to turn data into meaningful stories that strengthen partnerships and guide process improvements.

Account Executives (AEs) drive strategic growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with high-potential Corporate/Emerging Enterprise accounts. You will own the full sales cycle: proactively identifying opportunities, engaging executive-level stakeholders across multiple personas, and delivering meaningful business value through the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to create strong customer outcomes.

As an Associate Account Manager, your primary focus will be retaining, expanding and managing our SMB and self-service customer base. You will proactively engage customers prior to renewals, when they need additional support or when buying signals indicate an upsell opportunity. You will work closely with our Finance, Rev. Ops and Go-To-Market teams to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
