As the Director of Commercial Operations & Logistics, you'll foster a positive team culture, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer and delivery experience. You will align operations with company goals, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, overseeing the fully burdened P&L for commercial operations and warehouse functions.

The RSM will provide sales support to the Southern California Region, responsible for the territory by supporting Territory Managers in achieving goals, establishing new business, and developing buyer relationships. Will help deliver company assigned metrics, own the local sales team and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level.
