Grow KSS portfolio assortment and revenue within the region’s largest customer partners, build and execute comprehensive partnerships and programming with assigned accounts and travel to dispensaries to present product portfolio to managers and buyers. Extensive travel and driving are essential duties and function of this position.

This Director of Engagement will manage national top client partnerships, focusing on strategic initiatives, leading strategy sessions, business reviews, developing and tracking KPI’s, and providing recommendations, working cross-functionally with internal teams and executive leaders.
