The Home Improvement National Account Manager (NAM) leads the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, highly strategic, multi-location retail customers. The NAM is responsible for implementing the Shelter Solutions retail market strategy and achieving quarterly/annual sales, margin, and forecasting goals. The NAM represents the entire range of business products and services to assigned customers and ensures assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met and growth targets achieved.
