Job Description

As an Account Manager, Enterprise Brands, you’ll own strategic client relationships post-sale, focusing on retention, revenue growth, and long-term value creation. You’ll work closely with cannabis brands to maximize impact through Dutchie’s AdTech platform and emerging brand solutions, positioning Dutchie as a trusted strategic partner. You bring a consultative mindset and deep understanding of AdTech, analytics, and brand/retailer trade dynamics. You’ll own client success from post-sale through renewal, ensuring seamless transitions from the Account Executive team and delivering high-impact onboarding and ongoing engagement. Drive account growth by identifying client needs and aligning Dutchie’s AdTech and emerging brand solutions to solve them - consistently delivering on upsell and expansion targets. Strengthen executive relationships, particularly with C-level decision-makers, by providing insight-driven recommendations and strategic counsel. Monitor performance metrics and campaign data to uncover insights, flag risks, and surface opportunities, acting as a proactive, data-informed advisor.
