We are seeking a strategic and visionary VP of Product to lead our Product Management function, responsible for evolving and accelerating a multi-year product vision that drives business growth, deepens client value, and strengthens Addepar’s position in the fintech ecosystem. You will oversee product teams across multiple domains, including investment data, reporting, workflows, advisor tools, platform infrastructure, and new product innovation.

As a user researcher, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our users' needs and expectations, ensuring our products deliver the best possible experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, and you will drive user research and leverage these insights to inform product decisions.

As the Chief of Staff to the CTO, you'll be a strategic operator, trusted thought partner, and execution-focused leader who will amplify the CTO’s impact across the company. You’ll work closely with the CTO to drive forward strategic initiatives, shape high-stakes communication, and ensure the right priorities are moving with the right momentum.

Shape the future of help and training at Addepar, reimagining how clients and employees learn about products and services. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless onboarding experience where every new user feels immediately welcome and quickly grows into a confident expert. Define and drive the instructional strategy for complex learning projects, including designing course architecture and introducing a certification program.
