Addepar is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. The role involves translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring solutions are adopted by users. This position requires skills in project leadership, stakeholder communication, and systems support across the People Technology stack.
Partner with engineers, designers and product owners to deliver high performing customer experiences. Implement the common building blocks of Addepar’s user experience, and support their adoption across the product engineering organization. Advocate for best practices and process improvements.
Take ownership of a wide scope, collaborating with various teams to determine needs and create solutions for complex technological and workflow issues. Transform Addepar’s Data Lakehouse into the primary hub for financial data by integrating it across all infrastructure and systems in multiple regions. Develop and expand a new messaging layer to enhance data workflows on the platform.
This is a critical role responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. This individual will work collaboratively with internal functions and client-facing teams to create clear, detailed, and actionable process documentation. The primary objectives of this role are to analyze existing client workflows to design improved, future-state solutions that meet their true business needs.
The Product Operations Lead will play a critical role in leading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional R&D product launches. This role will lead all aspects of programs and coordinate the work to be executed by the project team to ensure milestones are delivered. It will also surface and drive resolution to issues and blockers by clarifying assumptions, while providing analytical insight and foresight to help shape long-term strategy.
