Strategically lead and guide backend development within the Operations team, overseeing the design and implementation of robust solutions, ensuring optimal system performance, and fostering innovation within the engineering team to achieve operational and organizational objectives. Enhance and maintain existing software system applications as needed.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering backend services that support user management functionalities, including authentication, authorization, user profiles, and access controls.
