As Visual Design Lead, you'll drive the creative output across innovative projects, using your strong visual design pedigree and expertise in digital experiences. You will develop brand identities, create visuals for digital products and advertising, and lead designers. Experience in UI design, product strategy, and AI tools is highly preferred in this contract role.

The Brand Designer will play a key role in elevating the Cribl brand through standout creative across digital campaigns, content marketing, tradeshows, events, and more. They will bring ideas to life from concept to execution. This role reports to the Director of Brand and Creative.

You’ll leverage the latest generative tools (MidJourney, Runway, Gemini, Stable Video Diffusion, etc.) to transform still photos into dynamic video ads, craft bespoke imagery for blogs and social posts, and evolve our websites with immersive AI‑generated visuals. You have impeccable taste, a builder’s mindset, and the technical savvy to automate asset production at scale.
