CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an experienced, talented and creative Senior Level Designer to join our team to work on Cyberpunk 2! Help bring the ambitious vision of this vibrant open world RPG to life while pushing the bar for narrative-driven experiences ever higher! The person in this position will be responsible for pitching, planning and implementing location blockouts with a focus on melding narrative with compelling and multifaceted gameplay.

Shape and maintain the visual identity of products and campaigns, producing high-quality designs for web, social media, ads, and motion graphics. Collaborate closely with product, growth, and creative teams, translating ideas into visually consistent, premium assets. Incorporate feedback and iterate designs based on performance metrics, usability, and user engagement.

• Own specific content creation pipelines such as World Partition Streaming Setup / HLOD Generation.
• Help identify game performance issues and assist with general art content optimization.
• Support content creation in engine and build pipelines and tools as needed.

Help shape and scale Webflow’s brand across campaigns, events, and experiences. Build and extend visual identity systems and design high-impact campaign assets. Create thoughtful expressions of the brand across both digital and physical touchpoints.

• Layout and design a large volume of pages of nationally distributed magazines.
• Work in a high-speed, deadline-intensive setting.
• Adhere to accuracy, brand, and quality standards.

Collaborate on concepting and ideation to shape the consumer journey and experience. Develop designs through mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D layouts, and material palettes. Create environmental graphics, scenic elements, and merchandising details that bring spaces to life.

• Define and evolve Noho’s core brand system, including logo/wordmark, typography, color, motion, illustration, and iconography.
• Concept and create original visual assets, including custom illustration, art direction for photography, campaign concepts, and digital storytelling pieces.
• Collaborate with the Product Designer / Design Engineer to ensure in-product touchpoints feel coherent with the brand system.

• You’ll play an important role in ensuring our advertisements remain visually exceptional.
• Support our team of graphic designers by creating effective print advertisements.
• Strengthen your design skills through steady, meaningful work.

• Define and evolve the visual identity of Breakout, ensuring a cohesive and modern look.
• Concept and design high-performing assets for various performance channels.
• Collaborate with the in-house copywriter to generate fresh creative concepts and campaign ideas.
