• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications for spot or futures trading systems.

• Implement and maintain risk policies and procedures in alignment with organizational strategy and evolving market conditions to prevent, mitigate, and eliminate risks.

• Assist in executing online and offline events across the APAC region.
• Support local market teams in implementing regional offline events.
• Help execute key objectives and ensure smooth event delivery in the region.

• Design and develop the fiat wallet proposition and payments service, including developing everyday payments use cases and capabilities based on user demand
• Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new payment products, features, and initiatives. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure effective execution of GTM plans and drive user adoption
• Manage relationships and develop new relationships with Banks, Credit and Financial Institutions, and Payment service providers, to drive improved payments network, competitive pricing, and worldwide coverage of global and local pay-in/out methods

• Responsible for Identity and Access Management of the back-end operating systems running on IAM platform.
• Manage IAM tools and provide functional and business technology support including chat faq handling, account management, permission authorization, access review and control, data protection, risk identification and analysis.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the system functionality, suggesting improvements based on organizational needs.

• Develop strong relationships with the project community, crypto founders and top VCs
• Proactively source and identify new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for listing on Binance.com and Binance Alpha features
• Provide your input on the due diligence process, helping the team evaluate new opportunities via team strength, competitive analysis, and tokenomics, among others

• Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.
• Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas.
• Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.
