Assist with trail data integrity initiatives to ensure the ongoing accuracy of our trail data in the US. You will self-pilot through each project (or sprint) while working remotely. Candidates will need to provide feedback on the quality of the product delivered to users in your assigned region.

Provide day-to-day support on a variety of HR needs including employee relations and performance management. Manage AllTrails’ benefit and leave offerings, ensuring they are competitive, compliant and aligned to AllTrails’ unique needs and culture. Provide personalized support on employee benefit questions. Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program, supporting onboarding/offboarding, partnering with our vendors and driving efficiencies in our processes. Perform audits to ensure our benefit and other People programs are compliant.
