PIP Labs needs a Visual Designer to join their Brand Design team. As Visual Designer, you will design high-quality visuals across brand surfaces, collaborate on product and brand launches, work on event design, and maintain visual consistency while adapting assets for different formats and audiences.

You’ll be joining a small, close-knit design team known for delivering creative strategies and outputs that strengthen the brand, deliver powerful messages, and drive business impact in a fast-moving industry. You will act as a strategic design lead, collaborating with cross-functional peers to generate ideas, content, and create effective design solutions and lead medium to large projects.
