Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple mid to high complexity projects across disciplines like AI, Digital, Film, CGI, Motion Design, and Print. Serve as the primary point of contact for new briefs, scoping, costing, and planning, while ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment. Monitor project progress, financial profitability, and quality, proactively mitigating risks and driving continuous improvement.
