Human Resources Coordinator

This role supports the Human Resources, Business Partner (HRBP), Americas, Human Resources Team Leads and the whole HR function at KIND, helping to coordinate events, communications, projects and other activities across the team. Administrative support is also provided to the HR Team Leads. The HR Coordinator partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. They utilize job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates, conduct initial outreach and screening calls, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records in the ATS. Also, the role supports junior-level employee relations tasks, assists with employer branding efforts and talent engagement campaigns and participates in HR project work, including process improvement initiatives, data audits, research assignments, and documentation development.
