Lead the M&E team in assessing and improving the effectiveness, reach, and outcomes of KIND’s programs and initiatives, using mixed-methods quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Design and implement M&E and learning frameworks, tools, and systems across the organization to meaningfully measure and communicate the impact of KIND’s work. Work with program staff to analyze the outcomes and impact of programs.

KIND seeks a Senior Attorney, Legal Training to develop and implement a training and technical assistance program for legal professionals representing and assisting unaccompanied children released from U.S. federal custody. The role involves developing and delivering training content, drafting legal practice guides, and providing expert legal technical assistance. This is a remote position within the Global Partnerships, Capacity Strengthening and Training department.

KIND seeks a National Staff Attorney to provide expert legal services to unaccompanied children facing removal proceedings through zealous direct representation as well as pro bono facilitation, including robust consultation, training, and technical assistance to pro bono attorneys who have accepted KIND cases. As needed, supervise Senior Paralegals, Paralegals, interns, and/or other non-attorney staff.

KIND seeks a National Senior Attorney to provide senior-level expertise and leadership in the provision of legal services by KIND attorneys and pro bono partners to unaccompanied children facing removal proceedings. Serve as thoughtful leader and expert advisor on complex and novel legal issues for internal and external stakeholders. As needed, supervise Staff Attorneys, Senior Paralegals, and other non-attorney staff.

KIND seeks a National Paralegal responsible for supporting KIND’s delivery of legal services to KIND clients across KIND field offices through a range of case support tasks in coordination with our attorneys. The National Team is comprised of attorneys and paralegals who fill a critical role for work at KIND by deploying remotely to work with field offices who are experiencing staffing vacancies.
