Job Description
Case Management:
- Audit caseloads in all field offices; documents the status of all cases and identify cases to be closed per contractual obligations.
- Monitors and flags risk indicators or gaps in case readiness; collaborates with local staff to remediate issues proactively.
- Tracks and analyzes key metrics on case readiness to inform organizational risk management and planning.
Training & Guidance:
- Creates guidance for field offices on case management planning and develop user-friendly templates, checklists, and training materials.
- Conducts trainings and provides hands-on support to local offices to build capacity and confidence around established case management action plan.
- Demonstrated experience in training staff on policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises team of three to five Program Coordinators located in designated KIND field offices.
- Ensures that Coordinators are consistently fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
