Generalist Recruiter

As a Generalist Recruiter at Solace, you’ll play a key role in scaling our non-technical teams and own full-cycle recruiting for roles across Customer Experience, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and other non-technical functions. You will partner with hiring managers to scope role needs, build interview processes, and identify top talent quickly and efficiently. A key function of this role is to drive proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other creative channels. You will also conduct structured interviews and screen dozens of candidates per week with a focus on fast turnaround and quality judgment, as well as maintain and optimize our ATS (Ashby) to ensure strong tracking, coordination, and pipeline hygiene. Delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience and ensure timely follow-up and communication throughout is a must in this role. This role also requires providing real-time feedback to hiring teams and help improve interviewing rigor across functions in addition to continuously refine processes to support scale, including templates, workflows, and reporting.
