Solace is seeking a Director of Training and Education to build and lead an all-encompassing initial and longitudinal training and educational program for a rapidly scaling advocate service. Reporting directly to our Chief Medical Officer, you will ensure that advocates are well trained and that the technology supporting them provides an exemplary learning experience. This role combines educational and product expertise, strategic thinking, operational leadership.

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Associate at Solace, you’ll be responsible for shaping how they communicate with patients throughout their journey — from initial awareness to long-term engagement and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine their lifecycle programs, test strategies, and scale operational excellence across channels (email, SMS, and beyond). This is a hands-on role for a strategic thinker and meticulous executor who thrives on ownership and iteration in a fast-moving environment.

You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, managing user accounts, devices, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. From shipping a new hire's laptop to troubleshooting a weird authentication issue, you'll be the person our engineering team turns to when something breaks, when someone needs access, or when we're trying to figure out if a new tool will actually work.

We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our security team as our second security hire to play a foundational role in building and scaling our corporate security program, security operations, and governance functions. This high-impact role allows ownership of critical security and compliance initiatives, working directly with IT, HR, Legal, and leadership to build robust security controls and drive awareness.
