In this role, youβll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data teams. Weβre looking for someone with a strong track record of identifying and hiring technical talent in fast-moving environments. You should be confident working independently, using data to inform decisions, and building trust with hiring managers through clear communication and sound judgment.
You will source and hire the best technical talent with a focus on quality, fit, and long-term impact while managing full-cycle recruiting, writing job descriptions, and serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You will also utilize data to track progress, maintain transparency, and support cross-functional initiatives.
