Sourcer

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across various roles, helping build a strong pipeline for our hiring teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys research, and loves connecting with people. The responsibilities include partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, proactively sourcing candidates, building and maintaining talent pipelines, screening applicants, managing candidate records, reaching out to passive candidates, and tracking sourcing metrics. Requires 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting support, strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working in a high-growth tech or startup environment is preferred.
