Contract Recruiter (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a critical part-time role that will play a significant part in scaling our talent acquisition efforts by supporting candidate pipelines for a variety of technical and sales-related roles. Manage and support various stages of the recruitment lifecycle for technical and sales roles. Proactively identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through diverse channels and build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications. Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate records within our ATS. Stay informed on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the talent team.
