AI Productivity Platform Management Engineer (6-month Fixed Term)

Role Description:

• Serve as a force-multiplier for AI initiatives, ensuring that the ecosystem of AI tools is operationally ready, governed, and scalable.
• Own the "day-2 operations" of the AI productivity stack—handling access provisioning, license governance, integrations, and pilot enablement.
• Reduce operational risk and improve time-to-value for teams across Oura adopting new AI technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing SaaS tool administration, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and license management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), onboarding guides, and documentation.
• Understanding of SSO, SCIM, and API integrations and the ability to troubleshoot basic access and configuration issues.
