What You’ll Do:
- Own day-to-day recruiting systems operations with a focus of owning scheduling with GoodTime.
- Act as a first line of support for troubleshooting issues in GoodTime and Greenhouse.
- Partner with the Recruiting Operations Manager and broader People team to evaluate, roll out, and document new tools and features.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime.
- Strong systems thinking and comfort working with workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset.
- Familiarity with global teams or distributed work environments is a plus.
