We are seeking a Senior Power BI developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Power BI reports and dashboards, maintaining data analytics platforms, and ensuring optimized query performance. The candidate will connect to various data sources and transform data into actionable insights through Power BI.

Lead and scale the data function, guide data strategy, drive insights for critical decisions, and build a high-performing data team; working cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, finance, and the exec team to ensure data is at the core of every decision.

This internship will begin on June 2nd, 2025, and last for 10 weeks. Primary duties include data cleaning and preparation, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of survey data to identify key trends, comparing Aledade's brand perception against competitors, creating data visualizations, and developing presentations to share findings.

As a Data Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to data management, analysis, and reporting tasks that are crucial for our projects. Analyze in store customer behavior to address customer questions and provide KPIs to customers. The role addresses custom questions from customers using video analysis and Python to model customer behavior. They will provide aggregated insights into customer behavior and performance of various areas in store and work closely with the AA Lead.

Lead complex analytical projects, develop strategic insights, and implement advanced analytical models to drive data literacy and adoption. Collaborate with business partners to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Generate behavioural insights to inform product decisions by analyzing user interactions to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement and enable self-service insights by building interactive dashboards and data visualizations. Improve marketplace observability through data creation and ask the right questions.

This position is responsible for designing and developing data table and dashboards in order to speed up an organization's decision making process, improve efficiency and workflow. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, gather and document visualization requirements, refine and iterate on visualizations based on feedback.

The Data Analyst works cross-functionally with data engineers, data scientists, and business experts to help deliver a better student experience using data and analytics. The analyst collaborates on a variety of projects that include building analytical models, coding, data visualizations, and storytelling. This role supports the Financial Aid department and understanding higher education financial aid systems and regulations.
