The Financial Analyst 1 will work on various assignments and gain broad experience supporting multiple sectors. Responsibilities include analyzing financial information, supporting program financial management and reporting, providing cost and variance analyses, and collaborating with program managers.

The Functional Analyst will support USPS and their Logistics Tech Services Group by analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring delivered solutions meet technical and functional requirements. They will provide technical expertise, manage IT projects, and assist with Agile ceremonies. The role requires experience with Agile methodologies, Version One, Java, UNIX, and SQL using Oracle DB.

In this role, you will work with other members to mitigate vulnerabilities on Linux-based systems, implement STIGs, address POAMs, and mitigate Zero-Day vulnerabilities. standard Linux administration duties will be included in this role.The successful candidate should possess advanced systems troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills.

Provide Tier I phone support and troubleshooting in compliance with established policies/procedures. This position requires supplemental hands-on desk-side support when required. You will create, update, and track service requests/incidents within the ticketing system, and assist with maintaining/updating support documentation. The successful candidate will perform complex functional activities in support of servers running the Windows server operating system. They will regularly exercise independent judgment and analytic skill in solving complex technical problems. This individual serves as the focal point for problem resolution by interacting with USPS employees and vendors to ensure proper application installation and operation.

Support USPS implemented middle tier technologies on Windows and Linux servers, including web and application servers, containers and container management technologies, messaging technologies, cloud platform and services, automation tools, scripting languages and monitoring tools. Develops new e-learning programs, updates existing courseware and provides a user-friendly interface. Creates criteria for determining course effectiveness and makes improvements.

The Linux System Administrator role supports Veterans Affairs operational needs. This role requires AWS, Windows, and Linux administration experience, with strong database management skills, to maintain infrastructure and ensure system security and performance.
