Systems Administrator II/Tools Engineer

This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the Tools Team objectives, assist with reviewing threshold and performance monitoring to enhance reporting of metrics, and assist with optimizing CIT’s existing comprehensive suite of tools used to manage the NIH networks. They will also proactively test and implement vendor upgrades and patches.

Systems Administrator III/Tools Engineer

This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, mentoring junior engineers/analysts, supporting the Tools Team Lead’s objectives, and assisting with tool enhancement recommendations. You will optimize CIT’s existing comprehensive suite of tools used to manage the NIH networks and proactively test and implement vendor upgrades and patches.
